The 7th annual Decibel Festival will again submerse Seattle in the broad spectrum of electronic music and its surrounding cultural elements.  Following the success and critical acclaim of previous editions, the festival will assemble a diverse selection of international talent designed to stimulate its audience on multiple levels.
