From its vibrant home in the Village at Alderwood, the Brazilian-born Fogo de Chão celebrates the rich heritage of the churrasco. The first U.S. location debuted in the Dallas area in 1997, and this sparkling new spot features an open-air, center-room grill where guests can watch gaucho chefs demonstrate the culinary art of churrasco over an open flame. There’s also an outdoor dining patio, a lively indoor bar with soaring wine displays, and even dry meat lockers for in-house aging.
