Day of  Caring

Day of Caring takes place across Snohomish County on Friday, September 28, 2018 and is focused on CORE: Creating Open Roads to Equity. CORE is about supporting young children and their families with low income.

Each year, United Way of Snohomish County’s Day of Caring brings together volunteers who are committed to creating positive change in our community. This year, many projects will help families with young children struggling to get by, including a few projects from our CORE Collaboratives.

Volunteer teams, organized primarily by local companies, complete projects for local nonprofit agencies that often lack the necessary resources to tackle such important initiatives themselves. Last year, more than 400 volunteers across Snohomish County came out to make a difference in our community! This year, more than 650 volunteers are needed across the county!
